What Causes Knee Pain?
I have pain in my knee...it hurts to move it ..the pain is on both sides of my knee . It aches even when I m sitting still ....the ache goes up the outside of my knee up my leg . I stand in the same place for long periods of time in my job and I m about 50 lbs over weight
