What Causes Knee Pain?

hi my self titu kumar jena 29 year old male..for the last 20 days i m feeling paian in my left knee..i am applying some baidyanth rhuma oil ..while walking i m not feeling any pain but the time i m sitting and getting up from the sitting position i m feeling a little pain...can u pls tell me what may be the problem
