What Causes Knee Pain?

so today i was standing then boom under both knee caps was a white hot pain and i dont really know why!?! can you plz help im 16 and about 125lbs and about 5"5'. i have a big medical history but the bigs things are that i have fibromyalgia and my doctors think im narcotic.
