General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since the STDs tests are negative then there may be an urinary tract infection present.

A urinary tract infection may affect any aspect of the urinary tract- bladder, urethra, ureter, prostate, kidney.
Enlargement of the prostate may also cause this complaint.

You may need a urine test at your doctors office, urine may need to sent to the lab as well.
A blood test to check the prostate would also beneficial.

A course of antibiotics may be needed.

I hope this helps
