What Causes Knees Popping Loud And Paining?

Hello I am 13 an i am having some serious problems going on with my knee. Everytime I bend down my knees pop very loud and it hurts really bad. Also when I try to get up it hurts and it hurts so bad I need someones help to get up. Can someone please tell me whats wrong or what I need to do.
