Hi,
Noted your history of stopping Meth 12 years ago but smoked and got the pain in abdomen, dry heaving, gagging and so on, taking
Citalopram for anxiety and
depression. You also had KFC and Vodka.
All these things together make it difficult to pin-point the cause but definitely can be inter-related as you are thinking.
There can be interaction between Citalopram and Meth and on top you have taken alcohol.
The possibility of food
poisoning should also be taken into consideration as you have eaten outside.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Doctor immediately for clinical evaluation, correlating all factors and advise you tests as needed.
If there is
dehydration or any other problem that needs admission in hospital you should get admitted for intravenous fluids and further management as needed.
Never to smoke Meth again.
May need a Psychiatrist's opinion and management.
PPI like
Omeprazole and other symptomatic treatment may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
