What Causes Knots On The Roof Of The Mouth And Forehead With Headaches And Nosebleeds?

i have a knot on top of mouth and forehead that appeared about 3 months ago also have been having severe head aches, fatigue, and nosebleeds and was just wondering if it was something serious or if they were related in anyway to each other the fatigue has been for past couple weeks and head aches and nosebleeds started about same time. The knots appeared around 3 months ago first the one on top roof of mouth and then one on my forehead
