Hi, I think i have kyphosis, i have had back problems all my life i am now 31yrs old, i have had a hump since about 13yrs old but my doctor has always said its my posture, I have tried all kids of physio and all kids of exercises but nothing has ever worked, i suffer with back ache and pain everyday but my doctor just says take pain relief, also all the top half of my back is completley numb you can pinch it as hard as you want and i cant feel a thing i can just feel a little pressure... i have pictures of my back were you can clearly see kyphosis i have recently looked into it and seen that it is excatly what my back is like... what should i do ?
Low calcium level cause osteoporosis at back region cause kyphosis problem. Any nerve compression at back region cause numbness at back region.
If you have birth defect than surgery can done for kyphosis.Physiotherapy is helpful for symptoms relief. Consent a physician for further diagnosis. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
