What Causes Labia Majora Increase In Size?

hi, i'm 20 years old and i have size 36, my weight is 63 k. I never been fat at all. But after my puberty my labia majora became fat, it always used to be flat and tight. I really want to know how I can get rid of all that fat, maybe you know an exercise, or a diet. help me.
