What Causes Labia Minora Inflammation With Soreness And Discharges?

Hello, my left labia minora has been inflamed and a little sore for a little over 2 weeks now. There is also some discharge occuring, very similar to the discharge associated with yeast infections. I was sexually inactive for a long period of time when this started, does it sounds more like a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis?
