What Causes Labia Minora Swelling And Bleeding?

I have been on Seasonique for 4 weeks now and my period hasn't stopped. It has decreased but I am still getting at least a tbsp. of blood a day. I also am currently treating an UTI with Cipro and am on my third day. I am a chronic UTI patient, which my doctor is aware of. The problem is that my labia minora has been swollen for about 3 days now. I have avoided fragrance soaps and the like. It's extremely swollen after I shower so I have taken ibuprofen and a cold compress. Could this be a yeast infection from the Cipro or is this from the bleeding? I had a clean, thorough STD test last month and have only been with the same partner since. I also do believe I am allergic to latex condoms. Thank you!
