What Causes Lack Of Appetite Along With Extreme Fatigue?

For five days now, I am experiencing upset stomach, lack of appetite, extreme fatigue, no fever, no vomiting and no diarrhea. I m feeling miserable. Flue like symptoms, but won t get any better. All doctors are off for the Thanksgiving break. Should I go to hospital?

Stomach upset no appetite and flue like symptoms, i feel you have gastritis . If i have to treat such a patient i will advice cap omeprazole 20 three times a day, eno sachets three times a day, cap cephalexin 250mg three times a day, tab dicyclopam with peracetamol three times.
