Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lack of appetite, dizziness and weight loss which seems to due to gastrointestinal disturbances and it could be due to acute gastritis.

Food allergy like gluten allergy can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination and treatment .

Doctor may order allergy test to find out the exact cause . For now eat healthy and non spicy . Take small meals and do light exercises for better digestion .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
