General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.

Increased nausea vomiting in twin pregnancy is quite common and should not be taken seriously .
In twin pregnancy the size of placenta is large which in realty also increase the production of large quantities of hormones which results in such a situation.
Also the increased size of twin pregnancy also exerts mechanical pressure over stomach resulting in nausea vomiting.
Meanwhile you should a regular walk and can have Syp mucolyter 2 TSF three times a day.

I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
