What Causes Lack Of Appetite While Having Acute Pancreatitis?

I am suffering from acute pancreatitis for several months now. I didnt realize I had it until I had lost too much weight to be hospitalized. I am 5 5 and 102 lbs. Having pain so eating is still difficult. I am 49 yr old female. I was wondering if Splenda is okay to use. I am learning what to eat.

You can have splenda.
But try to eat healthy food. Avoid alcohol and spicy food.
Take pain killers for the pain.
