What Causes Lack Of Attention In Children?

I have trouble paying attention in school and my grades are suffering. I also am sometimes caught spacing out at work. My friend told me he takes Vyvanse and it helps him, especially in school, and I was wondering how I should go about getting prescribed ADHD medication.

Hi,

It's not suggestive straight away that you have any confirmed diagnosis of ADHD and avoid using these medications without psychiatrist consultation as it can be associated with severe side effects. I suggest using almonds, using B12, folic acid as well as ginkobiloba which may help with these symptoms. Any associated stresses or domestic issues should be sorted out.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
