What Causes Lack Of Bleeding From A Deep Cut On Arm?

A few days ago i drunk 2 200ml bottles of codein coughing sypup, i went trough alot of pain when it worked out, i even tought i had a liver failure.. i just made a cut in my arm (auto-mutilation habit..) and its pretty deep and all..but usually the blood flows out of the wound..its not this time, and it appears to be extremely thick, should i be worried sick right now?

No need to worry since bleeding comes from vessels and it may be possible that there is a cut without vessels injuriy so you should be satisfied with that that there is no bleeding.just cover it with sterile plaster.
