What Causes Lack Of Bleeding With Spotting After A Miscarriage?

I misscarried at 16 weeks my water broke during sex and I was give misoprostol and or Pitocin to help induce labor. I ran a fever but was released and put on meds for 1 days (antibiotocs) It s now been 3 weeks and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. Will I be ok do I need to go to doctor for risk of infection even though I have no bledding but a few spots of brown blood? Thank you

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion there will be no risk of infection.but if the discharge is more and associated with any foul smell and fever and itching then that may indicate infection.but if its little and for only one or two episodes then need not worry about that.anytime washing the genitals ,and urination before and after the intercourse by both partners decreases the chance of infection.
