What Causes Lack Of Concentration Along With Blurred Vision?

for the past six months ive had a fuzzy head and fuzzy vision i cant focus or concentrate and im really forgetful but i have no headaches i just feel like im in a daze my eyes look more droopy than usual i had a mri scan done and it came back normal also came off bc pill and no period in four months? please help
