What Causes Lack Of Concentration With Aphasia?
I am a 56yr. Female. I am very busy,multitasking, but lately during conversations I can t remember the correct word for things, but that do know,but just can not come up with the word I am looking for, it is embaressing. Also when working out , the instructor gives us 3 different exercises, I can only remember the first one and so he repeats the other two. This is starting to concern me, should it?

The lack of concentration with aphasia indicate possible issues with lower frontal and temporal lobe dysfunction affecting Broca`s area (area 44) or auditory association area. Kindly get an MRI brain done for best evaluation of the root cause and manage accordingly.
