What Causes Lack Of Ejaculation During An Intercourse?

We are married from last 2 yrs but never were successful in having right sex and he always ended up with masturbation. Now-a-days from last 4-5 attempt we try successfully but the biggest problem which we face is his sperms doesnt comes out even when his penins is inside n he pushes for 5-7 mins.

Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that your boyfriend who was indulged in frequent and habitual masturbation for years is unable to ejaculate during sexual intercourse .

Ejaculation is climax of sexual satisfaction that results from the penile stimulation and contraction of Bulbo Spongeosus muscles of penis due to friction during intercourse

When one masturbates he gets excessive penile stimulation due to firm grip of hand over penis and there by Ejaculation. Lack of excessive stimulation due to lax vaginal wall during intra vaginal intercourse is the reason for one who has history of long standing masturbation not to ejaculate.

Taking Sildenafil or Cialis will help to achieve hard erection sustainable for long time that will help to have enjoyable sex and ejaculate.
