What Causes Lack Of Emotions?

I don t really have emotions towards people I meet in everyday life, I can t talk to them or sympathize with them. When it comes to books, tv shows, or movies I get over emotional to the point I cry and get hysterical. Why is that? Why is that I hate real people but not fictional ones?

You can have depression or phobia like psychiatriac illness

Your detail history needs to be taken for diagnosing your case

As per cause than treatment started...

Behavioural counselling also will be given to you
