What Causes Lack Of Energy Along With Hot Flushes?

I have very low energy, I cannot take any heat, weather wise, I flush very easily. Cannot work out as I just over heat and feel faint. I am developing psoriasis. I was told by an integrative medicine doctor that my red blood cells are to big and are having trouble moving. My biggest complaint is that I am just exhausted.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the concern. According to the history you feel low energy and exhaust very early and feel fainted while doing any hardwork. while your doctor told that you have big red blood cells. This all suggest that you have MEGALOBLASTIC ANEAMIA.
This anemia may be cause by deficiency of follic acid or deficiency of Vitamin B12. You can take injection of vitamin b12 and follic acid. Vitamin b12 can be obtained from food of animal sources and follic acid from green leafy vegetables, aspargus, brocolli, citrous fruits, etc.
The main cause of fatigue is this anemia so Consult your treating physician for treatment of megaloblastic anemia as early as possible.
Take care
