My husband is currently taking risperidone, trazodone to sleep, and Zoloft He is like a flat line person no life or zest for anything. I see emotions non-existence, he is almost in a zombie state HELP How can I begin to help him Sincerely Betty Clukey

avoid any drug for sleep. it can cause addiction other alternative are increase socialisation. developing reading habit before going to bed. take regular morning walk increase physical activity at night and day time. yoga and meditation may help.
