What Causes Lack Of Erections?

I don t seem to get random erections anymore. I can t get an erection without some kind of manual stimulation and I just turned 41. I work out 3-4 times a week, I don t smoke, drink a few times a month and I m 5 10 160 lbs. What can I take, eat or do to fix this?
