Hi,
During early
pregnancy, the fetal heartbeat can usually be detected through
ultrasound around 6 weeks gestation. However, in some cases, it may not be visible until later, closer to 7 or 8 weeks. Seeing a flickering light on the ultrasound may be an indication that the fetal heart has started beating, but it is still too early to confirm a viable pregnancy.
Bleeding during early pregnancy can be a sign of a potential
miscarriage or other complications, but it is not always a definitive indication of a problem. Sometimes, bleeding can be caused by
implantation bleeding, cervical changes, or other factors that are not harmful to the pregnancy.
However, if there is no fetal heartbeat detected on the ultrasound and bleeding persists, it may be an indication of a nonviable pregnancy or a miscarriage. The doctor may recommend additional ultrasounds or tests to confirm the diagnosis and determine the best course of action.
It's important to follow up with your doctor and communicate any concerns or symptoms you may have
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
