I am having problem stay in focused. I feel like my mind races all day and I get absolutely not ng done it seems because I go in circles. I have a hard time stay in attentive and listen to others especially at my job. Sometimes I totally space out when it becomes all to much

Hi. The symptoms that you are describing here suggests that you are having attention deficit. It is imperative that the degree of attention deficit needs to be quantified. But you can try reducing the stress in your lifestyle.
I would advice you for regular physical exercise that includes medication, yoga and pranayama. And also have a strict regular well balanced diet. Do find a perfect balance between your work life and personal life.
If the above things are not helping you, you can consult a psychiatrist to help you out on counselling and medications if needed for your attention deficit. Hope this helps. Thanks.
