What Causes Lack Of Focus And Mood Swings After Giving Vyvanse For Bipolar Disorder?

My daughter is 12 years old. She was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Type 1 last September 2014 (already diagnosed ADHD w/ combined type ODD and general anxiety since age 4) . Took Vyvanse, Zoloft and Clonidine for 5 years...removed these Rx s and put on Abilify 10mg in Sept 2014. Worked great for several months...added Vyvanse in Sept 2015 due to lack of focus. Also, just added (last week)Clonidine in afternoon to help with moodiness in evening. My daughter is great during the day, but around 3pm, she starts getting moody, irritable, agitated. Not sure why...almost as if she sun downs. Just keeps getting worse as the evening progresses. Any suggestions? Is the abilify not working any longer?
