What Causes Lack Of Focus And Sensitivity Of Vision And Speech After An Head Injury?

fell in the water today and hit the right side of my head on the rocks. i have trouble focusing and putting two and two together, as well as a dark purple ear, a bump above my ear that has risen to one centimetre, neck and back pain, slower speak, sensitivity to light, as well as more pain when leaning or laying on my right side. I am a 19 year old female.
