Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Recurrent missed abortion can be due to various reasons like:
1. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome
2. Chromosomal anomalies
3. hypothyroidism
4. Diabetes mellitus
I would suggest you to get your investigations done and get treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
