What Causes Lack Of Hunger Or Thirst After Hysterectomy?

Had complete hysterectomy on 3/20/14 and have been on several different doses of Premarin and currently taking estratest.....I m continuing to present with zero appetite or thirst, I m living on ensure. I m nauseous all the time and have some dry heaves at times....I m at a loss as to what else to try and my dr seems to be at a aloss.....he thinks I may need to see a therapist for depression...I was not depressed prior to surgery....what else can I try or do to fix me and find my balance??
