General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the lack of improvement in endometrium despite increasing doses of estrogen indicates insult to the uterine endometrium. The underlying cause may be related to uterine fibrosis, adhesions through Asherman syndrome, tuberculosis or other chronic inflammation. In my clinic, I do recommend an endometrial biopsy for best possible evaluation and further guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
