Hi I am parminder singh.my problem start from night fall.when I wake up freshness of my brain has gone I hav no happiness to surrounding.from past 7yrs I persistently remain sad,mood disorder,lack of interest,irritation,insomnia and severe constipation. The following are few probable causes of your symptoms:
1) Major depression
2) Anxiety
3) Bipolar disorder
4) Chronic fatigue syndrome
5) Fibromyalgia

You need to take the medications prescribed by your psychiatrist at least for 3-4 months to see the change. Please start taking those medications as prescribed.
