Hi I am parminder singh.my problem start from night fall.when I wake up freshness of my brain has gone I hav no happiness to surrounding.from past 7yrs I persistently remain sad,mood disorder,lack of interest,irritation,insomnia and severe constipation. 2) Anxiety
3) Bipolar disorder
4) Chronic fatigue syndrome
5) Fibromyalgia

You need to take the medications prescribed by your psychiatrist at least for 3-4 months to see the change. Please start taking those medications as prescribed.
