Have been getting winded doing anything physical. Started back in 2013. really bad now. Starting to stumble somewhat , sometimes when I m walking. Have had lungs and heart checked, plus many other scans, blood tests, and x-rays. Everything comes back negative. Any idea s

I can understand your concern.
Difficulty in balancing is mostly seen with brain diseases.
So better to consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI brain.
If these are normal then no need to worry much.
Consult psychiatrist because stress can also cause similar symptoms.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
