General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the lack of movement of left hand and leg may be indicative of compromised vascular supply to upper and lower limb through upper spinal cord region. An MRI cervical spine after thorough physical examination gives best results for further line of action.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
