Hello,

You do not get orgasm, it is painful. Since you feel pain, you should get yourself treated of any medical condition that triggers pain. Pain may subside orgasmic pleasure. Most common factors that may interfere with penetrative intercourse and orgasm are vulvodynia, vaginitis, or inflammation of the vagina or vaginismus, or a spontaneous tightening of the muscles of the vaginal wall.

You are suggested to stay relaxed when on bed, learn to manage stress, do not get too conscious of your body issues (being very thin or obese, etc.), stay comfortable, if you have relationship problem try to sort it out. You may take the help of a Counsellor. Taking birth control pills, diabetes, UTI, PID, IBS, fibroids, etc., may also interfere and cause lack of orgasm.

Get yourself clinically examined by a Gynae, get blood tests and imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you pain and discomfort. Your treatment will depend the the pathology detected. In case you are suffering from PTSD due to past sexual abuse, you should get it treated, it may take some time. You can try different positions and different creative things that will make your body respond and you will get orgasms. Use lubricants.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
