What Causes Lack Of Proper Sleep After Giving Birth?
I had my baby 11 months ago, I am always tired and can't seem to get enough sleep. This had never been a problem even durring pregnancy. I've tried caffiene pills, B12 drops, and even a nap after work. Already had blood drawn and results were fine. What could be wrong and what can I do to get my energy back? (25yrs, 250lbs, 5'9)
hello user , i understand your concern. The symptoms of feeling always tired along with improper sleep can be of depression , which is very common after post partum period - especially if you have additional features like feeling low mood, irritability, difficulty concentration, appetite changes, pessimistic thoughts about future etc- however basic investigations to rule out any physical causes for the same needs to be done (which you told already done ) - i would advice you to visit any good psychiatrist in your vicinity for evaluation and hopefully you will be fine with treatment. take care - hope i naswered your query - any further queries are welcome - if satisfied please rate the answer
