What Causes Lack Of Semen Discharge During Orgasm?

I am 54 years old. One day while having a shower, I felt retraction of my penis so I pulled it out and I felt something has happened, now I have some narrowing on the sides of the middle of my penis and no semen on the moment of ejaculation but little secretion later on. What is my problem and I can get it treated?
