What Causes Lack Of Sensation In The Genital Area?

Hello i fell asleep unexpecdetly at this mans house and when i woke my pants were off. I think i was drugged and unconcious and he did something to me as ever since then my genitals have changed and i get no feeling there. My clitorus used to be a good size and never had any trouble getting stimulated now its shrunk or not even there and the lips are stretched and out of shape and my vagina is twice the size it was. This all happened overnight.This man is a very sick man did he ruin my erectile tissue so i can never have feeling again and is there any surgery i an have to repair this damage. I need help as i am so depressed and angry i dont know what to do?
