What Causes Lack Of Stools In A Baby After Giving Formula Milk?

My baby is 6 Weeks old, and we have just switched to formula because I hva been having issues breastfeeding. It been three days since the switch and he hasn t had a bowel movement since. breastfeeding he had several poops a day. How long is too long to go without a bowel movement while switching to formula

It can vary from one child to the next, 3 days, however is long with no bowel movement.
It is possible that the formula being used does not agree with him, you would need to use an alternative that he can digest easily.
