What Causes Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding After Intake Of Cytotec?

i inseted 1 cytotec inside my cervix around 6 am and only spotted around 3 pm then i took one orally and i had a clot in the morning next day with mild cramps on my legs. no abdominal cramps. should i wait a lil longer before i repeat the dose again?
