What Causes Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding Upon Intake Of Cytolog?

I am 35 and am undergoing a MTP procedure. I was given a tablet in the presence of doctor on 8th and on 10th 4 cytolog tablets inserted in my vagina. I started bleeding on 10th morning and some clots were seen but after inserting the tabletin vagina, I did not bleed at all. Doctor has started this procedure after cinfirmation of pregnancy. I am worried that the bleeding has not occured and it becomes a failed procedure. Also she gave oral dose of cytolog to take on 10th night and 11th morning... I have still not bleeded.

Slight menstrual irregularities can happen with the hormonal pill.
