During the summer I weigh in the high 170s to low 180s. During the winter I weigh from the mid 180s to the high 180s. Last summer I did not drop my winter weight. I am not losing it this year either. I trained for and ran a half marathon last year and am training for my second one now. I cannot understand why I am not getting to the low 180s.
