What Causes Large Bump On Vagina?

I have a large bump on my vagina area and it hurts when i touch it. I have tried to pop it but nothing comes out. Its really red and i have no clue what it is. Ive never had sex so i know its not a sexually transmited disease. so what do you think it is and what should i do?
