What Causes Large Pimples On The Forehead In The Elderly?
I am a 63 yr. old female and I m developing large pimples on my forehead. It starts out with pain and some sore swelling under the skin and after several days it pops out with red lesions. It takes weeks for the sore to leave. I ve tried using alcohol on the area twice a day which helps keep the oily skin at bay, but I don t know what else to do for it.

Hello,
The pimple on forehead will clear away within 3-4 days. You may apply antibiotic ointment on the pimple, however, avoid touching the pimple since it can increase or prolong the infection.
In case you have an oily skin, then it is suggested to frequently wash the face with soap free cleanser. In case you develop pimples, it is best to avoid touching them.
