What Causes Large Pimples On The Labia Majora?

Hello doctor, I really need your advice.Very painful and large sized pimples are forming on my labia majora and mons pubis.Nearly a month back, for the first time, I witnessed a large pimple.When it got filled with pus, I just squeezed the pus out and that act was really painful! Days passed on and the pain reduced but still I can feel some hard areas beneath the effected skin.Recently,I got one more on the mons pubis and its really hurting a lot!The region has swollen and I feel it very difficult even to apply some ointment(Cipladine) out there because of severe pain even for the slightest touch.I m unable to bear the pain. I couldn t sit,stand or sleep properly because of this.I m 16 years old and unable to perform by daily tasks because of this.I have really a very oily skin and even my face is full of acne.I m using Melawash and Azac cream for my face but donno how to get rid of those at the mons pubis.Please help!
