Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Is there any similar issue for someone else in your home? With similar history in the past, an itchy rash over skin fold areas and fingers can suggest a diagnosis of scabies. If confirmed, this will respond well to anti-scabies ointment like permethrine. Kindly see your doctor for evaluation.

Meanwhile, you can take antihistamines like levocetirizine at night to relieve itching.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
