What Causes Large Skin Of Labia?

I have rather large labia skin and it is so uncomfortable. I have to chose my underwear carefully and I can t wear any sexy underwear because it is so uncomfortable. Sometimes my lips go numb if I sit funny and they also sometimes stick to my underwear so wheni pull down my uderwear it pulls and feels like I have ripped skin off them. I can t wear jeans as my labia tends to get squished and pull from the seem of the crotch to my leg. Life is getting harder now I am grown up as what sort of underwear and clothes I wear matters alot, I have to readjust a million times a day. Sometimes they get dry and bleed I ve just had enough of it. At the moment I am unemployed so I am unable to pay to reconstruct my labia. Do you recon my doctor wouldhelp me out. I want to check first before embarrassing myself.
