What Causes Large Tissue Like Discharge From Vagina During Pregnancy?

This morning, when I was urinating, I felt like something inside my vagina opening and as if something (like the head of the baby falling). I m 37 week s pregnant presently. After this morning experience, I don t have any pain in my lower vaginal bone or thighs. I m getting lot s of urine and farts. Pls help

Hi,

Passing clumps of tissue from vagina during pregnancy is not a matter of worry. The clumps may be large as clots can be present along with them. Such type of incident may be resulted from Infections, cyst or other conditions which are even not associated with pregnancy. Some vaginal discharge is normal during pregnancy.

If your vaginal discharge is appearing in grape like clusters with fluid, it might be alarming sign. If you have doubts, then undergo for an ultrasound and urine for R/M/E to exclude the causes.
