Hello,

I can understand your concern. Sun burn does not lead to development of bumps around ear.

It seems that you are having infection in the ear and the lymph nodes draining ear have been swollen causing pain.

I would advise you to visit an ENT specialist to rule out presence of infection. If ear is infected, you may need to start antibiotics to eliminate the infection.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
